VINYASA (FLOW) YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Flow Yoga, synchronizes the breath with a dynamic series of interconnected yoga poses. Each yoga pose blends seamlessly into the next, creating a smooth sequence of movement. Flow Yoga helps build strength and flexibility while also challenging balance and concentration and harnessing the power of energy to promote inner stillness and peace.
RESTORE & RENEW YOGA
Restore and Renew is a specialized class designed to strategically enhance specific groups of muscles that we overuse daily or due to athletic performance. Most of the class you will be lying down or seated as we focus on alignment and counter poses to create safety and stability in the body while connecting mind, breath and body awareness to enhance athletic performance, endurance, and restore & renew energy for the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Suitable for all levels of yogis and all athletes.
